What to do at damage in transit?
Should the package be damaged just deny the acceptance. If you still want to accept that package, open it only in presence of the post man and compare the content with our delivery order/ bill.
Please get a confirmation from the post man about the damaged package (even with complete content) and try to call us as fast as possible (Phone: 0049 341 909 80 555).
If you take the package without a notification of a loss and review, your insurance cover expires, because you confirm with your sign that your package arrived well.
